We absolutely love using fresh pineapple in green smoothies—it creates such a flavorful, yummy green drink! If you can’t find fresh organic pineapple, look for it frozen at your local health food store.

Ingredients
2 cups water
½ pineapple peeled, cored, and chopped (about 3 ½ cups)
1 tangerines peeled
1 tablespoons chia seeds
1 inches fresh ginger
